HOME PROGRAM

This section offers a series of exercises that you can practice at home.  They can help you build greater stability in your life as well as can increase your health and your general sense of well being.


Many exercises are available to anyone using this website.  Some are for my clients  (password will be required)  and are used in addition to your counselling sessions.  They are meant to support the creation of foundations skills we will access during the therapy process.  They may also be used as extensions of the work we do together, allowing you to experiment further after your sessions.


While some exercises may be labelled as "INDIVIDUALS" while others as "COUPLES", you may move back and forth between these to sets.  This may allow you to explore your own self-regulation while also exploring the regulation of important relationships in your life.
